2. Subscription and Payments

• Monthly Plan: $4.99 per month
• Annual Plan: $29.99 per year (approximately $2.50/month)
• A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

3. Use of the App

Calclik AI is a nutrition tracking tool for informational purposes only. You agree to use the app only for lawful personal purposes and not to reverse engineer or distribute any part of the app.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Calclik AI provides general nutritional information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Calclik AI is owned by Vishal Jaiswal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishal Jaiswal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Calclik AI.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
